Put in a repair request and the tech shows up a month after the appointment time. try to get a new repair ticket and Frigidaire lies and says it doesn't have the correct seriaL number, try to register it again and they say it is already registered!     I am still getting used to the big change from burners to the flattop unit. I am being careful not to scratch or damage the cooktop, as I use my much-loved cast iron cookware along with my regular pots and pans. Definitely easier to keep clean and such a pretty stove!     Sorry, you ask to be submitted soon, as I am senior citizen and do not cook often the oven is going to be used first time on 8/9/24 when I cook for the family reunion. So should know more next week. Chose this oven because didn't want a smart oven. Actually wanted am old fashioned dial turn it on trun it off oven, but that may have more to do with my age, I learned to cook on a wood burning stove.     It™€™s loud , oven take forever to get hot and takes forever to cool down This is the second oven the first was replaced because everything I baked was brown on the outside but still raw on the inside. It takes forever to stop maki g a loud noise and cool down longer than 30 minutes after using it. If I cook with the rack on middle it still burns on the bottom. I™€™ve been cooking for 50 years . This is the worst stove ever also dangerous everything slides and the eyes are too close to edge. Buttons on front are easy to come on if you rub up against it. Dangerous to small children.     Purchased in January 2024 and the fan is super noisy and loud. I am not impressed. Will be reaching out to customer service as this is ridiculous. The fan stays on for a really LONG time.     I have had the range for about three months, one place they could have done better is the front display. The only thing illuminated is the clock making it difficult to see the oven settings. I am having issues with the top elements. There seems to be no thermostatic control on them. If you set them on medium it goes to full on high and then off and then back to full on high.
