    All in all, this seems like a solid appliance and we are generally happy with it. The oven itself is great. We™€™re still deciding how we feel about the range. (We recently swapped from a gas range, so much of that may just be a learning curve.) As others have mentioned, numbers on the dials are a little difficult to see ™€" that™€™s probably something we will get used to. My biggest concern with the appliance has to do with service calls. We had a general question about what should or should not have been included with the oven. I spent close to an hour on the chat attempting to get an answer to what (it seems to me) should have been a simple question. The person on the chat continued to insist on things that were contrary to what was written in the manual, until I started sending screen shots of manual pages. Aside from the time it took to get the answer it all turned out fine, but the interaction completely eroded any confidence I have about potentially needing to address a serious question or issue in the future.     The stove is beautiful, and so far it works ok. I have not tried the sir fryer yet. I would improve the way the lights around the knobs operate, because they are blinding - you can not see the temperature controll numbers.     Only had the range for 3 weeks. Also have two kids, 4 and 2 years old. I thought the kids will kill the push button screen control for oven but to my surprise the screen Oak feature lock the screen and oven door so no problems at all. The cook top is flawless. Before first use I polished it with whatever polish is recommended for glass and ceramic cook tops and it does not scratch, at least so far. The cooking power of any elements and any baking functions are great, it is very powerfull and well though design. The griddle bridge can be on or off when using front left heater element.     My unit was delievered brand new one month ago, the oven stopped working in week 2! After i left my original positive review of course. Error 50 code on the oven and getting a continuous beep and its driving us crazy. Tried cooking in the oven and what should of taken me 30 mins to make took me 3 hours. Had it repaired, still messed up after the 3rd party service guy left. Lowes' 48 hour policy for return is ridiculous. Frigidaire customer service and repair policy is a bigger joke. 3rd party repair companies contracted by frigidaire are also jokes. STAY AWAY from the brand and from LOWES....     I have not used all the modes for the oven, but love it so far. I do wish there were two large burners, but the burners are awesome and I love that when the oven is going it does not make the stovetop hot like my previous stove. I also love that the quick boil does quickly get water boiling. I am not sure how I feel about the air fryer option.     It™€™s a great stove that works well and the air fryer is fantastic. The bridge option on the stove top is a handy feature. There are a few minor inconveniences. The child lock does not work if the stove is running. So a child could open the door. It only works when the stove is not running. Secondly, the back lit knobs on the front are aesthetically appealing, however they obscure the numbers on the knobs so it™€™s incredibly difficult to see them. The last annoyance is that the stove does not fit flush against the back of the wall. The anti tip-over foot seems to keep the stove about an inch off the back wall. I will complain about the purchase of the air fryer basket and Frigidaire doesn™€™t sell the tray to match also I purchased the backsplash for the stove and it didn™€™t attach to wall as required had attach to the stove this should be included and installed but included in overall purchase price so it can be installed by the delivery company. And I also purchased the oven cleaner and microwave clean I had residue or dripping from air fryer basket after use and the cleaner didn™€™t clean it as expected after several applications and waiting 6-15mins to activate.     Menus and operation of the stove and oven are easy to understand and responsive. Heats quiickly and has great features. I deduct one star because the LED backlighting behind the stove knobs are so bright that you cannot see how high/low you are adjusting the heat to. Originally posted on frigidaire.com

    After weeks of searching, I ordered this range because it had all the features I was seeking and had a good promotion for Menorial Day. Let me note that I purchased during a Memorial Day promotion in 2024, just 3 months ago. Already broken. The display panel to control the oven is completely unresponsive. I have a schedule appt with a technician (which is outsourced and the company they are sending has 2 stars and terrible reviews) How does something break after 3 months and I have used the oven maybe 4 times. In my opiinion, this is unacceptable, especially since you are sending a company to my home with terrible reviews. I guess we will see what happens after Wednesday and if they fix the issue. But my fear is it will happen again. Not happy with my purchase, buyer beware. Originally posted on frigidaire.com

    This is my first glass top stove so it™€™s a learning curve. I followed the instructions and treated the top with a cream cleanser. That has made it easy to keep the top clean. The stove works great, I like that it heats up quickly. The only one thing I don™€™t like is that the timer is not loud enough to hear. I have the volume on 100% and I can barely hear it beep while standing in front of the stove. The storage tray on the bottom is a bonus. So far I am very happy with my new stove.
