    I ordered my oven with a selected delivery date of Thursday, September 26. I did not hear from Frigidaire as of 9/25, so I messaged them and they said they didn™€™t have the installation kit and would have it within 24-48 hours and to check back then. After being on hold with the customer service messaging tool the afternoon of 9/27 for 1.5 hours and on phone hold for 1 hour, I gave up until Monday. I also posted on X trying to get help. On Monday, 9/30, I was on messaging hold for 3.5 hours and was told the installation part needed wouldn™€™t be available until the end of October, but I could purchase it from an OEM parts site and gave me the link (the part was free via Frigidaire). I purchased the part and had it shipped to me but it was lost and had to be reshipped. I ended up purchasing the installation kit again from another company and the oven was finally installed on 10/3.The oven is gorgeous and the installation guys were fantastic.Every customer service rep at Frigidaire was helpful, kind and did everything possible to resolve the issues.The failure is with Frigidaire and their customer service. There is no proactive messaging on order status and changes. To find out what was happening with a $2000+ purchase, I had to contact the company myself. In the ™€œorder status™€ tool, there are no updates which defeats the purpose of the tool. There is no direct contact for existing customers with ongoing issues. The hold times are excessive. There needs to be a ™€œrequest a call back™€ or escalation tree for customer service.I am still out the money for the installation kit and shipping, too.Please focus on customer communication and order status updates and do everything possible to shorten the escalation process for existing customers.     Our old double oven finally had one error code too many. Anything would have been a step up, but so far I™€™m thrilled with this appliance. It heats quickly, has SO many settings and options, and functions beautifully. We tried the sous vide option on some NY strips and they turned out perfect. I was a little dubious as we™€™d only done the wet sous vide option, but this is so much easier and you can do so many more at one time.     This unit is excellent. It is an Electrolux (Sweden) unit that is being sold as Frigidaire Gallery unit without the smartphone app integration. Fantastic functions; Air Fryer works well because this unit has the highest Watt heating element behind the convection fan (3800 Watt) of any oven on the market.     I do 99.9% of the cooking in my house but my husband decided that since he was paying, he got to pick out the ovens (and microwave). So I was worried about what I was going to get.My old oven was horrible. No matter what I baked, I had to watch it like a hawk, turning the pan, because 1/2 would be almost raw while the other 1/2 would burn. The first thing I made in the new ovens was homemade biscuits. When I put the first batch in, I set the timer and walked away. When they were done, (should™€™ve taken a picture) OMG, perfection!!! It™€™s sooo nice not having to hover around the oven every time I bake! The next thing I did was buy the air fryer tray and give that a whirl. Again, perfection. Old air fryer, gone!     Faulty Oven

    Purchased May 2022 in 1 week oven not heating. Returned oven to Lowes n rec'd refund. Purchased same oven @ BrandSmart USA in August 2022. In 1 year and 1 mo - oven was not heating! After 6 mos of haggling, BrandSmart (on ext warranty) replaced oven in Feb. 2024. Here, July 17, 2024 - same problem (5 mos later)! Had to report to FRIGIDAIRE (manuf warranty) even though I purch'd extended warranty! Frig sends 3rd party who brings wrong parts/ had to initiate multiple calls to find out correct parts on back order, etc. NOW, 9/4/24 - almost 2 mos w/o an Oven! UNACCEPTABLE! This is a faulty oven - same problem over & over! Ovens last 20 years! Poor customer service/ no recourse just excuses and apologies! Requesting full reimbursement! I believe this oven will continue to have problems and do not want another replacement! And NO, I cannot imagine what "sweepstakes" from Frigidaire I would want! Originally posted on frigidaire.com

    Replacement Double Oven

    We picked the Frigidaire oven mainly because the external appearance was very similar to our old KitchenAid model. We also liked the features of this oven over other choices. It was nice that the installation size was also compatible with our cabinets. Everything is working properly after installation. We have not had a lot of time to see if there are any faults. We noted from our installer and from some online reviews that these ovens have a hard time with a deep high temp clean. Apparently, this action can fry the oven control board which sits right above the oven door. We will probably not use this feature on the upper oven and will use the steam clean cycle instead. We tend to not bake stuff that is too messy and keep our ovens clean, so we don't expect that to be an issue. We did get the 5 year warranty to protect our purchase.     Ovens were delivered and installed (the guy did a great clean up job and even polished the ovens! an all time first for me).However, the temperature in both ovens is totally off (350 is about 425, etc). I called for service to calibrate the temperatures. Guy calls to cancel- they have to order parts (? for what?). They set up another appointment (after I called again), and they called to cancel again - the wrong parts were sent.So I really cant say how I like these ovens or not, since i haven't been able to use them for the 3 weeks after installation.     The timer volume is awful. It is adjusted to full volume and you can barely hear it when standing right next to the oven. We have to use an outside timer/buzzer to time whatever my wife has in the oven. To be honest, had I known that the timer volume was this low I never would have bought this oven. We like most everything else about the oven, but this timer volume issue is a big negative. Originally posted on frigidaire.com

    Needs improvement on their quality control

    Poor quality control with how the top edges of the doors are seamed in the front. Really sharp where the metal pieces are crimped and come together at the corners and can easily cut someone who catches the door on the edge. Called customer services who states that this is just how it is. Nothing wrong with that and it™€™s just how the manufacturing makes the door seams. You should really go and examine one at a showroom before buying it so you can decide if it is safe for you to purchase. Their customer ™€œ service™€ dept really did not provide helpful service and just switched me too hold while I was talking to her. Originally posted on frigidaire.com

    New Double Oven
