    We love this microwave. We have ours installed over the counter with all the functions of an over the stove. I can still use the fan options with my other kitchen appliances when needed. Having a spare light doesn™€™t hurt either and adds another workspace in our kitchen. It also has a +10 second and +30 second option for a quick heat up. Love those.     After 1 month the unit went dead, Arranged Service with Frigidaire and the service techs found out that the control board was bad.Then informed replacement parts were on back order and would be at least 2 weeks before a replacement could be made.The unit was NOT on sale and is a current model sold by Lowes.For a Unit to last just 1 month is very poor, having no replacement parts is even poorer.I always thought Figidaire made good reliable products.     This microwave is as close to matching replacement for our original above stove Frigidaire microwave oven. The original microwave lasted almost 10 years before starting to fail. The replacement is an updated model of the old one. A few minor technical changes (for the better). Our concern was the fit and the exhaust. The exhaust was a vertical through the roof exhaust. The components, front handle, under light for stove, inside lighting and effortless cleaning inside white coating makes for easy to see cooking and cleaning.. Fits perfectly over the stove.     Bought the same Frigidaire Gallery brand to replace our 10 year old built in microwave thinking it would fit the old bracket and screws. It does not. All of it needed to be re-drilled. That done, it looks great with a large window and stainless steel. It is also is at least half as loud as the old one. It is easy to hold a conversation right in front of it while running.     I researched a number of microwaves before replacing mine. I am surprised by how big of a difference there has been. The 1.9 cu. ft. replaced my old 1.7 cu. ft. one and not only did it fit the space and is a larger capacity, but it also actually gave me more range space - it's an inch shorter and slightly less deep.The double light is the best I've seen anywhere (and I'm in a lot of kitchens as a private chef) as is the added fan power. I also didn't realize that most microwaves come with a charcoal filter because you can't get to them without taking apart the top to change them - this one comes with a small push door to open up and change the filter - not to mention that some cost an additional amount with a separate filter kit you have to purchase as well as the additional installation.This model has the ability to turn the turntable on and off which I wanted, and you can control the sound volume. Also, I like to be able to see inside the microwave when in use and this has it all.Ultimately with the ease, sensor and simplicity of the buttons I would grade this unit an A+.
