    We dread using the oven

    This oven has never kept accurate temperature. The motherboard has been replaced, sensors have been replaced, nothing has repaired it. Technicians stand there with their meters for about 15 minutes and say "looks like it's fine now!" Then we go to bake and have to babysit it continually rechecking the temp. It's no fun when a blueberry pie takes 2hours to cook or your chicken and rice is still cold after 45 minutes of "cooking". We finally just gave up on trying to fix it. It costs money every time a tech comes out to say this piece of crap is fine. We don't need that insult anymore. We'll just save up our money and try and make a better choice and buy another oven by a different company. We will personally take this one to the dump so we have the satisfaction of throwing it off the truck. I guess you got it by now. Do not buy this oven. Stove is fine. Oven the worst ever.     This range is very efficient in the way it works. Unfortunately, we have had 2 different ranges delivered that both have had the same problem. The top oven door is not even. The left side is at least 1/4 lower than the right side which visually is very noticeable. We have a 3rd one being delivered soon and hopefully it will be assembled correctly.     If they had managed to have a bit of an inset on the exterior back wall of the oven, it would fit up against the wall. As it it perfectly solid all along the back, there is no place to tick away the gas lines, so the oven sits out about 2" from the wall. Other than that, we love it. Originally posted on www.ge.com

    Poor build quality for a GE Profile product

    For a Profile product, I expect better build quality. The upper door of the 2 door oven does not close all the way. There are 2 indentations in the front of the stove top. One on each side.     This GE Profile double oven / air fry / convection oven is the best. There was not alot of reviews on it because it is a new product but once I tried it out it is AWESOME ! Recieved it before Thanksgiving and it really wowed me. I was able to put two dishes in the upper oven and a 12 pound turkey in the bottom oven using the convection option. EVERYTHING turned out perfect. The upper burners are fantastic including the quick boil one. This range is a keeper for sure. And also there is WI-Fi connect !     We needed a new microwave and it pushed us to change our range at the same time. The biggest disappointment was that there is no broiler! Had I know that, I would have kept the broiler from the old stove! I've been happy with the convection oven and only used the air fry once. The fish was a disappointment but I don't know that it was because of the oven. Cleanup has been relatively easy but I have some stubborn spills on the burners already.     I purchased a GE Profile series range PGB965BPTS. As soon as it was installed we noticed that the top oven will not turn on and the oven lights will not turn off.
