    This doesn't feel like a counter depth fridge for space inside. I love the deep door shelves and the flex bar for organizing. The freezer having a third pull out shelf makes for easy organizing that as well. An added plus is the crisper drawers can maintain different temps, so our cold drinks are always refreshing.     I purchased this refrigerator in March to replace my 18 year old side-by-side. I thaught that I would loose space switching to a counter depth fridge, but thre are plenty of well designed areas, expecially the wine holder. The ice maker is incredible. The cubes are perfect size. I get many compliments from friend and family. The right side door must be closed manually when opened by itself, and I have forgotten to push it shut several times. The door alarm and wifi enabled app is great at reminding me when the door has been left open or the ice bin is full. The doors are rather thick and the fridge is not exactly counter depth as the wide door would hit the cabinet walls. Overall, I love this fridge and the clean look it offers.     Very Nice Refrigerator

    I got this refrigerator as part of a complete Bosch Black Stainless appliance package. The Black Stainless is extremely nice and looks much more refined than regular stainless. This refrigerator is counter depth which I prefer but it also means there is less interior space than in a standard depth - just one thing to consider when you have a large family. The interior design is very nice and offers plenty of light. The right door has a 'lip' that needs to be pushed in when only opening that door. I generally open both doors and close the right door first so it is not an issue for me. The freezer space is somewhat limited which again is not an issue for me but could be if you purchase large amounts of frozen food items. I like the fact that the ice dispenser is inside the unit which gives the refrigerator a more 'clean' look on the outside. The smaller ice cubes work better in glasses and look more refined.     The plastic drawers are flimsly and don't fit exactly as they should. We replaced the wide one already, but the two bins don't fit as they should. They close ok but the tops aren't flush on top as they should. Otherwise the refrig is great! i like the water dispenser and the ice cubes are a great size.     I bought this 800 series from Bosch/Best Buy. What a shame. The freezer produced ice once and then stopped working. The fridge is unable to close properly. Bosch reps tried calling local dealerships but no one would respond. And Best Buy is a total useless company after 3 months of buying anything from them.     I've owned the black stainless steel model for a month now and am satisfied with it. The drawers You can set individual temps for are handy and in conjunction with the ethylene gas absorber, help keep items as fresh as possible. The LED lights are nice and provide plenty of light inside. The refrigerator and freezer doors have door ajar sensors which have worked well so far. You can also get these notifications on your phone after setting up the Home Connect as pp (along with other functionality). Setting up the app took a couple of tries but works perfectly now. I also love the finish and no exterior water/ice dispensers. My only real complaint is the ice compartment fills up and stops automatically once it senses its full. Sometimes I've pulled out the freezer and I've heard ice fall back behind the compartment. I'm not sure if it's filling too high. You can manually turn it on/off, but I haven't done so yet. Not a huge issue, but still annoying. That said, I do like the pyramid shape of the ice. Overall I'm happy with the appliance at an early stage of ownership. Originally posted on Bosch.com

    I purchased this a few months ago after spending time reviewing various makes/models. My old SubZero finally quit after 40+ years. I needed a counter depth unit that would fit and look like a built in. I was fortunate to find one available in the black stainless finish. So far it is working fine. No problems with the icemaker. Many of the negative reviews I read about this appliance seemed to be by people who did not research it well regarding the dimensions and requirements for the doors to open fully/properly. The quality of this unit is very good. It costs more than I had planned but I felt it was worth it. Hopefully I will have many trouble free years with it.     We had to replace ann old Kitchenid refrigerator when the freezer door wouldn't close properly. Based on our experience with a Bosch dishwasher we decided to look at Bosh refrigerators. In the store we liked the features and the black SS finish. After a few weeks of using it, we are particularly impressed with the temperature control in the vegetable bins. The salesman said that veggies would keep longer but I dismissed that as exagerated sales talk. It's not exagerated! It's true! The only down side is minor and really our problem. The door flap is on the opposite side from the KitchenAid. That means we have to retrain ourselves to push the right side door a little harder than the left side. With my previous fridge the alarm was super obnoxious. My only gripe is that the ice fills too high and cubes fall underneath the drawer. I like that it comes with an ice scoop though.     I love the layout and being able to see everything in the frig so much easier. Could use another inside light on the top. Had problems at first with making ice but now makes tons of ice since we figured out we needed to repuncture the water line. We do need to make a conscious effort to close the right door first if both are open or push harder to close the right side of the door only due to the flap that seals the frig for both doors.     When I purchased my refirgertor at Lowes, there was a lady behind us telling my wife and I that we were going to be so happy with the Bosch brand. The lady was so excited for my wife and I and telling us that she is in line to purchase the same refigerator and that this one was her 5th. purchase of the same kind for another one of her rental properties. we are so happy with our choice to go with Bosch everything fridge,stove and diswasher.
