    Faster cooking with induction

    When you place a pan on an induction cooktop and turn it on, an electric current travels through a coiled copper wire, which produces and applies heat directly to your pan. Heating the cookware directly prevents heat loss (plus, the area surrounding your pan remains cool to the touch). You'll also notice the ease of clean-up.

    a great tool for the kitchen!

    Ok, it is just a range; it gets hot like they all do. BUT!!! Its ease of use is what makes it so great for me. For messy folks like me, the smooth glass surface cleans with an easy swipe of a cloth. For impatient folks (like me) there are buttons that dramatically decrease the time to bring the oven or cooking pots up to temp for actual use. Originally posted on Bosch.com

    Great Induction Range

    I recently got this range as part of a Bosch black stainless appliances suite for a complete house remodel. I must say, the Bosch black stainless looks very noble and very nice but not too fancy. The Bosch black stainless seems to hold up well. The induction range fits great into the overall kitchen design. It is easy to use and performs very well. It cooks water in about one minute in speed boost mode. Can't argue with that. The layout of the cooktop works well for me. The Schott Ceran glass top is high quality which is one reason I picked Bosch. I am very pleased with this induction stove and do recommend it. I also upgraded my cookware with Made In stainless steel from Italy. Also highly recommended and a perfect fit for this range. Originally posted on Bosch.com
