    Not Expected Electrolux Product Quailty

    The vent hood was deliver and installed with a defective light. It will not turn on. The chimney assembly scratches easily and the technician did scratch it quite a bit. We have had the hood nearly theee weeks and it still does not have a functioning light. I can get no resolution date from the service tech. Originally posted on electroluxappliances.com

    Eye-Catching Hood

    Our hood was installed about 2 weeks ago (along with our 36" Electrolux gas cooktop) and it's perfect. Sleek, modern design looks perfect in our kitchen. The LED lighting is bright.     Before we installed this hood, it was not uncommon for me to set off the fire alarm when I would cook at high heat. That is no longer an issue with this exception product.
