    The all refrigerator is only one of the very few available. Seemed to meet our wishes so we bought it.It is very nice look, good space and lighting, and is quiet. HOWEVER, it was poorly designed inside. ThinkBoeing for refrigerators. I have spent hours with service calls and trying to get Electrolux to remedy the issues, but they are like the promise of AI. End the end after months of complaining to them (since day 1) I finally sent them details of all the little problems and asked them for a lifetime or extended warranty as we expect significant operational problem from this product.     Absolute junk, I am waiting for my third one to arrive within a year. Electrolux has the worst customer service and warranty. I have been without a refrigerator for months. After the repairman deemed it unrepairable Electrolux kept delaying doing anything. I would call them every few days and they would just say we are escalating it. Finally they say they will replace it. However they could not find a replacement local. I told them I could order one from their website and have it shipped and they say they cannot do that. So after weeks they say they will do a 100% buyback which is bs. I paid $3000 but they are pro rating so I will not be getting much back. I have had to go out and buy another one on my own. I had to buy the same unit because I have the freezer. I am still waiting for the buyback offer. I sent them everything they requested and get a email saying they received. was supposed to have a pro rated refund sent within 7-10 business days. I do not get anything, so I have to call back in and go through everything again and resend documents again. Now they say another 7-10 business days. Customer service keeps saying its processing and then they say they will escalate. I cannot stress enough about how bad this company is when it comes to their customers. If I could do it over I would buy a better appliance. Customer service is in another country and they cannot or will not help. You can't even make a complaint. Stay away from Electrolux.     Both the refrigerator and freezer are great. We had a hard time finding a replacement for our Subzero that would fit into our cabinets. I talked to a local appliance repair person and he recommended I looked at Electrolux. So, we did and couldn't be happier. My daughter loves the ease of use for ice and water.     Third time - complete spoilage of freezer contents

    We purchased our 19 Cu. Ft. Electrolux freezer in May 2021. Since that time, we™€™ve had 3 complete spoilages of all the freezer contents due to the door not securing properly. The first time it happened, I attributed it to user (that would be me) failure of not closing the door properly which caused everything to defrost into a complete stinky mess. Threw out everything and repurchased all new product. The second time it happened, I attributed it to the flimsy mis-aligned bottom drawer that made the door not seal, which caused another stinky mess. Out goes everything, repurchased all new food. I put a huge sign on the freezer front ™€œDOUBLE CHECK DOOR!!™€ Since I™€™m the only one in the freezer, you™€™d think I™€™d know to check the door seal each time without a big sign, right?? Well, that didn™€™t work, as we just had a third incident yesterday. I pulled out food the day before and did the usual double check the seal when closing, it felt secure™€¦.it wasn™€™t!! Yesterday, I went to pull out food for dinner and the door had NOT sealed and was ajar all night. The temperature was 46 degrees with the HIGH TEMP sign lit up. Too late™€¦.everything is spoiled once again!! For a $3,000 freezer, this thing is a piece of crap. My old freezer had a magnetic seal that actually sucked the door closed to the point it was difficult to open again just after closing. This door does not have that technology™€¦.it just doesn™€™t have a good sealing function. My cost of food spoilage is now approaching what I paid for this tub of stainless steel. I ordered a freezer alarm in the hopes that will alert me when the temp rises in the freezer AGAIN and I™€™m positive it WILL happen again! I sure regret this purchase!!     Our old fridge broke and this was one of only two models that would fit in our space due to the built-in cabinetry surrounding the fridge/freezer. I would say that this fridge is overall fine and does the job. My biggest gripe is the shelves in the door. They are not deep enough to fit two rows of condiments, but leave a lot of dead space when there™€™s only one row. The height of the shelves is also surprisingly tall, which makes it difficult to remove items from the shelf, especially from the top two shelves. You gotta really pull up and out. Finally, there™€™s no butter drawer in the door (or anywhere, unless you put it in the cheese drawer?).     This is one of the nicest looking fridges that made most sense for us when building our dream house. We installed and it fit like a glove. Within 2 months of install it had a knocking sound. The service company replaced the compressor and main board after 6 months of arguing about having the trim kit taken off under warranty. After it was all repaired, the knocking came back after 1 week... New fridge was delivered under warranty. All good right? Nope... My new fridge was making a hissing sound while my kids filled up their water bottle. To my surprise, we found water leaking to the bottom of the fridge. After some investigating, I found that the water is leaking from the lines going into the water filter...     Pros: Keep food fresher for a long time. This is a very noticeable difference. Doesn't appear to dry food out if left uncovered. Nice cold distribution around entire fridge. Nice and bright. Cons: Design could have been better. Cheese drawer handle is flush with shelf. This causes you to place things on top of the shelf and handle. When opening the drawer, stuff falls off shelf.     Our Kenmore Elite single door refrigerator died on us and the opening for the freezer and refrigerator was 66 inches, which narrows down the options available. After some quick research, I settled on the Electrolux model and after 2 weeks waiting for delivery and now having them for 2 weeks, could not be happier. The old refrigerator drawers just slid plastic on plastic, the Electrolux has really good hardware with ball bearings for all drawers that pull out. I have a woodworking hobby, so this is a very much appreciated improvement. The Kenmore Elite refrigerator and freezer were each repaired one time and lasted 19 years.     After 18 months the inside is rusting. It™€™s not on a part of the fridge that is bare metal it™€™s a white coated part. The coating appears to have failed and now the part is rusting. Agent was not helpful at all. Kept telling me I simply needed to clean off the rust with baking soda. He then accused me of not reading my manual. Horrible customer service.     Our 2 year old home (the model home of the development) came with all Electrolux appliances. We have replaced the dishwasher and now it looks like the refrigerator is next and the microwave may not be far behind. I have no faith in this brand and they are supposed to be a high end brand. The freezer and double wall ovens are still functioning well, fingers crossed. Refrigerator suddenly could not chill below 50 degrees, we have replaced the thermostat (panel is behind the vegetable drawer and it was gross) still waiting to see if it works.     Renovated our kitchen and had new side by side freezer and refrigerator installed. Love them at first then started having issues. We just had the repair tech provide us with a $2136.00 estimate to fix a design fault in the coolant system in our only 2 year old refrigerator.     If I could give a 0 to customer service I would! This refrigerator stopped working within a few weeks of using it. I spent over 3 weeks waiting for parts and a technician to repair. The repair parts did not fix the refrigerator so a replacement has to be sent. Electrolux then says it will be another 7 days just to approve the replacement!     We have the paired set of Electrolux columns. They have been in use for 2.5 years. Like many others, we now have a freon leak on the fridge side and are debating if we fix or throw the whole thing away. On a 1-hour hold with Electrolux customer service now.     Electrolux Single Door Refrigerator

    We just had the Electrolux single door refrigerator installed with the matching freezer and love it! It looks amazing and the features of the inside are great. The water dispenser on the inside keeps the outside looking nice and clean. The size of the inside is perfect so you aren™€™t constantly digging to find items in the back of the shelf.     One word to describe this new refrigerator/freezer combo is ™€œWow™€. So very nice. We are coming from a Samsung ™€œSmart™€ refrigerator. I liked the controls and the screen on it but I can give them up for this. The size is awesome. We have up to 11 people in our house at any given time plus other friends and family and having this much space is awesome. We have 2 freezers and another refrigerator in the basement and might be able to get rid of one of the freezers with this much space. The design is so nice. I thought I would miss the ice and water dispenser in the front but not at all. We love the slick and simple design of the combo from the outside. We tore out a wall in the kitchen to make room this new combo due to the width. It is also not as deep as our other one so it looks much better in the kitchen. Because it™€™s so much bigger, the depth is not as big of a deal. The controls are easy to use as well. So far we have been very pleased with this new addition to our kitchen.     Electrolux Counter Depth 19 CF Refrigerator

    Excellent quality, sleek and clean design! Perfect combination with matched 19 CF freezer (see pic). Ample shelving and storage bins. Inside water dispenser facilitates the sleek appearance of the outside door panel. Very quiet operation. Plan to construct surround cabinet which can easily be done by removing the trim kit that is held on by magnets. This is all and more than we expected!     Perfect Refrigerator & Freezer

    This Electrolux refrigerator and freezer are the way to go. They look amazing and run great (very quiet). We love that the refrigerator and freezer are two separate units, but no one can tell. The trim kit ties it all together. We had the previous version in our last house, and the upgrades are great. The water dispenser on the interior of the refrigerator is a high end touch, and the new ice maker is perfectly designed with two separate ice bins so you never run out.     Amazing fridge with tons of useful space!

    This fridge is GORGEOUS!  We just did a full kitchen renovation, and this fridge is the absolute perfect centerpiece for it.  We decided to put cabinets and floating shelves between the fridge and freezer and I love the way they look separated, it draws even more attention to these beauties.  They look sleek, clean and modern.  The trim kits complete the high end appearance and look perfect in any kitchen, even the most upscale.As for function, this fridge is so well designed!  The inside is a darker charcoal which makes it look more modern and clean.  It is HUGE - it holds so much stuff.  But I have had some fridges in the past that hold a ton but you can't find anything because they are so deep.  The way the shelves and drawers are laid out make it so that everything is easily accessible and can be viewed quickly, while still holding a ton.  It's the perfect combination!Some of my favorite features: -There is a crisper drawer that includes a built in filter (it says its an ethylene absorber) so that you keep your foods fresh.  I don't really understand the technology, but what I do know is that my strawberries stay fresh way longer!  As someone whose family eats a TON of fruit, this is so great for us.-The shelves are very easy to adjust.  I can quickly change the layout if I need to put in bigger products.-There is a hidden filtered water dispenser right inside the door - perfect!-The doors hold SO much stuff.  You can hold multiple gallons of milk on one shelf alone, which frees up the rest of the fridge.  These are also very easy to adjust if you get a bigger bottle or container.  They also have dividers on the shelves so that your salad dressings aren't tipping over when you open the door.Overall, this fridge is incredibly well thought out in every aspect.  It's gorgeous, well designed to fit food but be convenient, easily customizable shelves, and has an awesome crisper. We are so thrilled with our new fridge and it is an absolute dream.  I highly recommend it if you want the perfect balance of looks, function and convenience!     It's Getting Worse

    My experience with Electrolux is steadily becoming a worse and worse experience, so that I have downgraded my rating to one start. It is truly a shame because they could have owned the market for these single door refrigerators/freezers. After purchasing an extra shelf (they only provide two when three is the right number) I received an order confirmation and nothing else for the past 10 days. Repeated calls to the number provided on the order confirmation go unanswered for days. And then, when I finally contacted someone (not at the number they provided 800-599-7569, but at their actual number, 877-435-3287) I was advised the shelf would not ship for another two and a half months. Had I not called, I would never know. Do not expect any help or communication from Electrolux. Be forewarned - you will be unhappy if you purchase one of these units.     A Little Disappointed

    This is a nice looking refrigerator/freezer combo but there are some serious shortcomings. First, the stainless steel is non-magnetic so forget refrigerator magnets for you kid's artwork. Second - and this is really annoying - is the way fingerprints are attracted to the doors. Over the past 15 years I have bought stainless steel refrigerators from Samsung and Kenmore, both of which repelled fingerprints and both were magnetic.The refrigerator and freezer both have two shelves and they really need three. And of course, I cannot find a way of buying additional shelves. Both the refrigerator and freezer have sliding drawers in the middle and the bottom, neither of which are conveniently located. The drawers don't move smoothly. Overall, I give these an average rating and I think they are terribly overpriced. You are buying style, not substance. If you want a quality product, get the more conventional double door and freezer from Samsung. Originally posted on electroluxappliances.com
