    I recently purchased the LG DLEX6500B and I must say Im thoroughly impressed. The combination of mega capacity smart features and built-in intelligence truly sets this washer apart. The installation provided by LG was hassle-free but I believe that the parts shipped during installation should be sturdier such as stainless steel pipes. Additionally it would be great if there was a feature to dry the moisture in the washer after the wash. The TurboWash feature has significantly reduced my laundry time without compromising on cleanliness. The AI technology adapts the wash motion to fabric type resulting in a thorough yet gentle wash for all kinds of garments. The smart capabilities have made laundry day much more convenient and the energy efficiency is a welcome bonus.     Absolutely horrible customer service For junk drye

    By far the worst experience with any product Ive ever had. We purchased it from Lowes along with the matching washer and it was delivered in Oct. 2023. The dryer did not work on day one giving us an error code that it was 95 blocked. We have a new build and the ducts were double checked there is no block. After finally getting a repairman sent in Jan 2024 we thought it was fixed since he said there was a bad sensor that same night we attempted to use the dryer and it gave the same error code. We called the repairman back and he took another week to respond. Finally telling us that we had to contact LG. It is now the middle of February and the repairman has not been out and it still is not working. We contacted Lowes and there is nothing they can do since the first year of the warranty is through LG. The customer service has been one of the worst experiences of my life. You will have to have the repair people come out three times before they will replace the unit. At this point weve talked to Lowes and they are willing to replace it if its not fixed the second time since we have been with our. A dryer for 5 months now.     Our washer went out and instead of finding another used one we took advantage of the sale prices at Lowes and purchased the LG stackable washer and dryer. So far they have worked pretty well. The only issue I have had with the dryer is the touch screen froze up when turning it on so I had to unplug it then plug it back in. After the power reset the touch screen started working again.     I absolutely love my new machine. I have been able to run a full set of cycles and have been impressed with all the settings and options. The size is perfect for my family of 4 we have a number of loads a week but the size is good for me to ensure that I dont need to run more than needed. I have been impressed with the pairing and the way it interacts with the dryer so it is aware without me needing to adjust the setting. The app is great and the updated features are fun.     A bit tricky to use since Im not super tech savvy but I have noticed they do wash better I can get more done at once. You need to watch for things getting caught up and stuck in the drum of the dryer as well. It washed my two pillows great and dried them.     So my washer broke and I didnt feel like putting any more money into my Maytags which were only a couple of years old. I saw that LG was getting top marks so I decided to try them this time around. I couldnt be more pleased with my choice. The dryer has an easy to navigate knob with a display with multiple dry options that include AI Dry in which the dryer senses your clothing Timed dry that allows you to choose your own settings Bedding Towels Quick Dry Steam Fresh which I really love and then you have Normal Delicates Power Dry and Perm. Press. Hopefully I didnt miss any but then with the ThinQ app you get an additional 15 different dry cycles to choose from plus you can check on your dry cycle time or just look for the alerts it sends to your smart phone when the cycle has ended. You can also operate the dryer remotely with the app as well. Lastly it has an option called Smart Diagnosis if there are problems with you dryer that may need repair.     LG Stackable Dryer

    Bought this dryer a few weeks ago. So far its good dries clothes as advertised and has a lot of preset dry cycles to choose from as well as a manual cycle. Its tub is very large more than enough for a king size blanket and its very quiet you can hardly hear it running. The thing that its missing is being able to set a custom preset I always have to select one that closest to what Id want then select the additional options. On my old LG you could set up what you wanted and save it as a custom preset so you just hit the custom button and start done. Also when selecting many of the presets you cannot modify the heat or dryness settings which dont make sense to me. Would love to see these features added or changed maybe in a future firmware update. Originally posted on lg.com
