    Dont waste your money

    If you enjoy spending literally hours trying to wash one load of laundry this is perfect for you. It constantly stops and has error messages because items will shift in the tub or it wont drain correctly. If you put it on a spin only cycle to try and get some of the water out of the items it will inexplicably fill the tub again. It has a bedding setting that cant even handle two throw blankets at once. You will have to hand wring the water out into a bucket and try again. Completely pointless having a large capacity washer when I cant wash more than one or two days worth of clothes at once. Not to mention the installation crew connected the hot and cold hoses backwards and didnt connect the drainage hose at all before starting a test cycle and then leaving which flooded my apartment.     Worst Purchase Ever

    Worst Purchase ever. Bought this for my bed and breakfast. Items do not get clean no matter what setting I use. Ive contacted LG numerous times with no resolution. When the wash cycle is over some of the clothes are still dry because they are never fully submerged. It has a large capacity The water level never gets high enough to submerge all the clothes. Complete waste of money going to have to buy a new washer. Originally posted on lg.com

    Not happy with my new LG top load washer

    Im not liking my new LG washer so far. Clothes especially dark ones are coming out dirtier and with stains after every wash. Ive called LG twice so far. Their first solution of using washer cleaning tablets for 3 continuous back to back cycles has not worked. Their technician came in today and asked not to use the normal cycle for regular washes but to always use the deep wash cycle even for smaller loads. Ill wait to see if this work. But so far not a great experience with my new LG washer. Originally posted on lg.com

    I would love to write a review based on the product as the review guidelines outline however the product would have had to be delivered as scheduled. Here I sit another day I took off without pay to wait for delivery. I was referred to the delivery company to find out when my delivery would arrive. Computer screen froze up no call back. Still waiting. This is the second time I have ordered once from home depot and now from partner store. I can understand if the delivery time is nit right what I dont understand is why I wasnt contacted to let me know this was the case so I would actually go to work.
