    I had to replace the initial refrigerator with another one. It was not keeping the food cold in the bottom compartment. I had to push it up to the no. 5 level instead of the recommended no. 3 level. The freezer was good. It took 3 weeks to get another replacement, not good. The 1st delivery people did not put the GE logo on and it was scratched, rush job! The replacement was good, and the delivery staff excellent and professional, what a difference! However when it got super hot in the house, I pushed it up to the no. 4 level. It's okay, not great in keeping food cold in the bottom compartment. I took out a 5 yr warranty just to be safe for any repairs. Originally posted on www.ge.com

    We love this refrigerator so far! It's small but works perfectly in our space. I like the LED lighting in the fridge and the temperature controls. I wish there was a light in the freezer but it's not a deal breaker for us. The outside looks beautiful. I wanted it in Biscuit, but we couldn't wait for the special order and we got stainless and it looks great! We had to downsize because of the space we have but we haven't really noticed it feeling like there is less space.     Poor Temperature Control

    We had this refrigerator for 2 months when the temperature control stopped working. Frig temperatures ranged from 34 degrees to 45 degrees - even on the coldest setting. When we called GE for service, since it was on warranty, they said they had no one available in our area. Would not recommend this product, or any GE frig, since there's no guarantee they can service it. Originally posted on www.ge.com

    Knew refrigerator

    I like my new GE refrigerator but was not pleased that I had a defective icemaker. Also when delivered the top freezer door was not place on right causing the freezer to having mosture in the freezer.     Garage refrigerator with dual controls is good Idea however need to keep freezer and refrigerator portions each on maxium cool to keep refrigerator portion between 38 and 41 deg.     Nice Looking, Does it's Job

    Overall, I really like this refrigerator. I decided to go a little smaller than my last fridge. I definitely notice that the vegetable drawers are very small and a bit awkward opening than my last fridge and don't fit many vegetables especially if they are in a store container. Comparing this to my previous refrigerator, it feels like I have to bend down more to get into the refrigerator area. I am trying to get used to it, but again it feels a little uncomfortable and awkward having to bend down and reach back so far to get some items. It makes me wish I had seen this is person before I ordered it online. I may have gotten a different style (perhaps a side by side door or refrigerator section on top).     When shopping for a garage refrigerator, my wife and I needed something that could handle the temperature extremes we experience here in the desert southwest. This model interested us because it will supposedly perform at ambient temperatures of 38º-110ºF. However, we haven't yet had triple digits this year, so I cannot speak to the validity of this claim. Otherwise, the unit seems about right for its price point. Once it was in place and plugged in, both the fridge and the freezer reached the set temperatures within a couple of hours. It has no bells or whistles; the shelves, drawers, and door storage are okay, and seem to function fine. If you are expecting spill-proof shelves, you will be disappointed. Also, it isn't the quietest fridge; that said, I've definitely heard noisier ones. This refrigerator was obviously designed to be an auxiliary unit and placed in your garage, not the main refrigerator for your kitchen. If that is your expectation, you will probably be satisfied with this purchase. Originally posted on www.ge.com
